Should Russia buy Alaska for 5 billions to help USA with its debt?

Cutting taxes takes direct money away from government and puts it back into hands of the people who in turn can buy more, thus employ more and thus get more taxes back. The return takes awhile. However there are many now who have no intention of ever working so expect their money but not so much as they have to pay taxes.

If they need more money they work in "under the table.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
