Federal Aviation Law (14 CFR in USA) are the regulations for air transportation - Equivalent rules exist in all other airlines (in other countries) - As passenger, you must... - Observe and obey all placards and markings posted inside the airplane cabin - - Obey all instructions given to you by the crew - If you fail to do so, you could (at worst) be arrested upon arrival - Your behavior could be a danger to other passengers - i.e. By falling - Of interest to you... I flew the last years of my pilot career with an airline in Argentina - A passenger got hurt by hitting cabin ceiling and floor in severe turbulence - He had failed to secure his seat belt as instructed by a crewmember - Broken ribs and 4 weeks in hospital in Argentina... He sued the airline for damages with courts in USA and Argentina - His lawyers were even (!) trying to sue me personally, as pilot...! I was the captain of the flight - Miami to Buenos Aires - I had to appear in court, and testify that I selected the seat belt sign ON - Cabin crew testified that I made an announcement in Spanish and English - He claimed he could not "understand" my "Spanish accent" - Fact is... I am American, which he did not know...! I was USAF pilot 1962-1968 and airline pilot for Pan American 1968-1991.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
