Shouldn't Glenn Beck (and his supporters) HATE mlk if they judge him by the people he surrounded himself with?

He is not in it for the money, he is raising money for the Special Ops Warrior Fund. This is a fund that gives Scholarships to children of Special Ops Soldiers that have been killed in action. What problem do you have with that?

He has raised money to pay for the event and once the costs have been paid, and they have, the rest of the money is going to the SOWF. The event is to bring the focus back to the extreme costs that liberty has taken, that people have given their lives to keep us safe here in America. Glenn Beck is not even going to stand at the spot that MLK stood to give his speech, Glenn Beck is standing several steps down from the spot that MLK stood. As Glenn Beck stated; "Whites do not own Abraham Lincoln, and Blacks do not own Martin Luther King".

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
