Adam - welcome to Yahoo! Answers on your first day. Funny - the news in your country tends to make our lot (in the UK) all weird and comical - I think it's summat to do with that 'special relationship'...we have to feel like silly 13 year olds - especially if the story is racial!
Here's a thing - see Anthony Sadler, the black man who with his friends stopped the gunman from creating terror on the train from Holland to Paris is feeling all proud of being American...just like those black soldiers who fought in Vietnam 50 years ago. His parents were so full of joy. Isn't it a shame he is the only one will have to watch himself as soon as he reaches his homeland... And so, I suspect you have every reason for feeling angry, sir!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
