Unable to get a full nights sleep? For a while now, after I get to sleep, I wake up exactly 6 hours later?

I feel fine and healthy and rejuvenated after sleep, but lately I can only get 6 hours of sleep. I just suddenly wake up 6 hours after I've gone to sleep, the time I go to sleep has varied and its always 6 hours afterwards. I'll lay in bed for an hour hoping I can get to sleep again, and I typically can't.

Anyone have any idea what this could be? Asked by dudemanultimate 18 months ago Similar questions: Unable full nights sleep wake hours Health > Conditions & Diseases.

3 6 hours could be your body norm. Mine used to be 4 hours and then after age 39, it went to 8-10 hours. This user has been banned from Askville.

4 Welcome to the club of the cat nappers. Max for me is 3 and half hours. 3 hours up another 3 hours sleep on recliner and so on.

Wasting my life tired. Retirement. It has been suggested that a regular regimen of exercise (at least a 1/2 hour of a brisk walk every day) will take care of it.

I have a foot problem so I can't do it. Can you? Get your body tired.

Make it sweat. The stupid computer just tires you brain.

5 I drink some catnip tea, hops tea and a couple of others that help with sleep but to no avail. This user has been banned from Askville.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
