My country (Indonesia) used to be excluded from Paypal country list, and not until a while ago, we could only become Paypal member to buy something, not to withdraw money to our local bank. I can understand that it takes time for Paypal to branch out to other countries because of the difference in financial regulations in each countries and other law related issues. I also understand that Paypal might be reluctant to open its door to some countries they consider high risk, such as Iran.
What I can think of is for Paypal to open its door that everyone with valid major credit cards can withdraw their money to their credit cards no matter where they are. This way, Paypal doesn’t have to deal with local banks directly but only with major credit card companies such as Master Card and Visa.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
