There many benefits from doing TM. For your mind: it make you think more clearly, helps you to concentrate better, you can remember things more easily, and you can learn quicker. For you body: you stay healthier, you have more energy, you sleep better, it can lower your blood pressure, and you recover more quickly from stress.
For how you get on with others: people like you more, you are more relaxed, you are less anxious, you become more self-confident, you enjoy school or work more, and you are more forgiving. For the world: by meditating you reduce stress in your city and in the world. You make the world a more harmonious, peaceful and happy place for yourself and others.
TM is an all round great thing to do. More.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
