What are the benefits of eating fruits and vegetables as is versus making a juice?

Research shows that juicing is one of the best things you can do for your health. When organic vegetables are used, the juice provides a concentrated source of essential enzymes and nutrients. The vitamins you get from the vegetable juice is easy to absorb which helps detoxify the body and boost the immune system.

A person gets the most benefit from eating raw vegetables, but the problem is that it's very difficult to get as many servings per day that is required by eating them raw. Drinking a few glasses of vegetable juice, which equals the daily requirement of vegetables is much easier to do. Drinking juice also helps balance the pH level in the body, which is essential for good health.

I think it is the other way around, which shall I state-the benefits to juicing fruits and vegetables against eating them whole, because drinking juices from fruits and vegetables main benefits is that it facilitates the proper digestions of food that we consume. Whereas, eating fruits and vegetables may lead certain indigestion that certain individuals are prone to experience. Furthermore, drinking also assist in the proper absorption of important nutrients that are needed by our body.In the case of citizens from the western hemisphere, juicing fruits and vegetables is much more convenient and faster to do due to the busy work schedule.

I think there are many benefits of drinking the fruits and vegetables rather then eating them in most cases. As a parent, I have often at times struggled with my kids to get them to eat the vegetables and some fruits. You can hide vegetables in sloppy Joes, meat loafs, and some breads but not all.

Make it a yummy drink and give them a cool straw and they will drink almost anything. My kids did not like to eat apples or carrots of both which are plentiful here and great for growing kids. I chopped them into smaller pieces and tossed them in a blender and the problem was solved.
