New York city has the best Patrick's Day celebration according to nationalgeographic.com. They have the tour "Little Ireland" which is a former Irish district on the Lower East Side. This is said to have more Irish residents than Dublin.

The much awaited New York's St. Patrick's Day Parade which is the largest Saint Patrick's Day parade.
