What color to paint cabinets? Appliances are white, floor is white, opens to tan living room?

1 I'd go with wood color. If they are already painted then strip them down and hopefully you'll have nice wood underneath and then stain them if you wish and finish them off with something.

2 Cream color paint with brown glaze will blend with living room walls and warm up the white appliances and floor in your kitchen. Bring in tan linens and an accent color picked up from the living room, and your eyes will be pleased as you look from one space to the other. Granny Smith Apple green could be a great choice, if you don't have a clearly defined accent color in the living room.

Brushed nickel hardware on kitchen cabinet doors and draws will brighten up the look as well, at a fairly low cost.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
