What does Obama's new health care plan consist of?

Obama's Healthcare Plan is essential embracing what was in the Senate Bill with a few revisions. The health plan will have a federal insurance regulation to review premium rates make sure that efforts to increase these rates are blocked. The healthcare initiative will also expand on medicaid which will enable more of the population to get this affordable coverage.

The plan would have higher penalties in place for those that refuse health care coverage. However, some families could file for hardship exemptions if they fall below the income threshold. The healthcare initiative would make it more affordable for middle class citizens to buy their own healthcare by offering subsidized rates.

The plan avoids such issues as abortion, a national exchange and a public option which caused some concern among some people.
