What happens if I don't pay for an item on ebay and do not respond to case filed against me?

If the item wasn't as described, then ebay should definitely side with you. If you saw the seller was from china and you still bought it...well, then that's your fault. Never buy stuff from china on ebay unless the listing specifically says it is the genuine item.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
