What healthy food should I buy at the grocery store?

Lots of fresh fruits and veggies. They should be 1/3-1/3 of what you eat each day. Along with that you'll need some lean protein and complex carbs.

Protein could be peanut butter, hummus, lentils or other beans, fish, chicken, turkey (sometimes I'll get turkey bacon), eggs, and natural cheese. Complex carbs would be starchy veggies like potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn, parsnip, and turnip. They are really good sprayed with a little olive oil and Italian seasoning then roasted.

Also whole grains like brown rice, whole grain pasta and cereal like oatmeal, plain Cheerios, shredded wheat. Dairy is good in small quantities like natural cheese, plain yogurt (either regular or Greek style), and low fat milk. Olive oil is worth the price compared to regular vegetable oils or Canola oil.

Not only is olive oil more healthy, it makes it easier to clean up the pans for some reason. Avoid most processed foods including cookies, crackers, cereals other than the ones above, chips, bars, and all pre-made convenience foods like frozen dinners, canned and box meals such as mac & cheese, seasoned rice, hamburger helper, etc.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
