With my background in running recording studios and decent sized concert sound systems. I can honestly tell you 'it depends'. 1.
Personal preference has a huge impact on what sonic characteristics you impose on your audio. How I will mix and effect a set up drums will be completely different from how someone else will do it, yet they will both sound good, just different. 2.It will also depend on the physical capabilities of your speaker system.
If the speakers cannot reproduce low frequencies very well, it is probably best to cut those frequencies with the EQ so that the speaker can reproduce the rest of the frequency spectrum more effeciently. 3.Do what sounds good to you. Reduce different frequencies until it sounds cool to you.
Try out all the different preset EQ settings built into the EQ already. Hope that helps.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
