In my opinion using a flat iron and a great smoothing serum is the best way to straighten ethnic hair. I suggest a ceramic flat iron. These are on of those things that you usually get what you pay for.
The flat irons you can buy at Walmart for the most part do not get hot enough to straighten ethnic hair properly. I suggest either Rusk or Gold N Hot. Both brands can be found at beauty supply stores such as Sally Beauty Supply.
I personally swear by Rusk Sea Kelp Serum for the smoothing serum. You can find that at Amazon or even Ebay. It is about $14 a bottle but lasts a long time.
I describe my hair as ethnic and permanent straightening systems have not worked on my hair. This method is not permanent, but it gets hair super smooth with no frizz if you take your time and straighten small sections at a time.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
