What is the difference between VIRGIN OLIVE OIL and normal cooking oil like sunflower oil?

Normal cooking oils usually undergo chemical extraction from the olive mash after it has been pressed.

Virgin olive oil is a lower grade of extra virgin olive oil, which has the lowest acidity levels (1%) & no additives.

Virgin oil has not been treated or refined. It has a stronger taste and is normally used in dressing. Gh temperatures will cause virgin olive oil to burn.

You should use refined "cooking" oils for high heat such as frying.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
