What is the most effective natural painkiller for muscular pain?

I wouldn't recommend a a tablet form of a natural painkiller because to be honest as much as I enjoy alternative therapies, there is not much scientific backing for natural tablet forms of painkillers but as a Holistic Therapist, I would recommend acupuncture, massage as well as heat and cooling treatments. Acupuncture can sound a bit uncomfortable for individuals who have never experienced the benefits of a good session but it does have a high success rate and individuals who are qualified to perform acupuncture, do really know what they are doing. Acupuncture and massage can release pain causing toxins and blockages from previous injuries, stresses and illnesses, by encouraging the body to self heal at a rapid rate.

Depending on your previous injury a hot and/or cold compress can aid in temporary pain relief and can also aid in the reduction of muscular tissue inflammations. Problems with the muscles including tearing, strains and other injuries can be quite painful but one of the worst things you can do is leave it to rest. Building the strength back up in the muscle also aids in the healing process, although not exactly a pain free one.

The practice of Martial Arts invokes regimes that force the bodies muscles to rip, just so they can heal and become more flexible and other exercise is co-ordinated to strengthen the healing muscles to not only enforce flexibility but also strength, physical and inner. I wouldn't encourage it if someone was not familiar with this practise though but small physio type exercises can work wonders in the long term.

While not in health shops the most natural cure for pain is morphine. But I have a friend who has this type of problem in his back and he said the best cure he ever had was accupuncture. He had had it done on vacation when he had a back spasm and he said he never had a problem for the next six months.

But upon trying a few back here he has never had one like the one he had on vacation. So I guess you have to find the right person fior the job.

You could try a couple of things: - Regular massage. One of the many benefits of massage is it enhances circulation helping nutrients flow in and waste out. There are many massage techniques/modalities, consider neuromuscular massage (NMT).

If you take this route, make sure you are well hydrated and understand that you may need multiple sessions/treatments before the pain subsides. - Arnica. Arnica can be found as a topical gel/cream. Dilating capillaries to increase blood flow and decrease inflammation are a couple of its benefits.

There are many natural pain relievers for muscle pain and joint pain. These are the most common and effective: 1. Capsaicin which is an active ingredient abundant in chili pepper is effective for arthritis, shingles, neuropathy, migraine headaches and back pain.2.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
