What is the saddest music video you have ever seen?

By far, it's Hurt by Johnny Cash. Never have I come across a cover that fit so well in another context than was originally intended. Incredibly sad, and it made me sit and think for a while after seeing it.

The saddest music video that I have ever heard and watched is Concrete Angel, a song performed by Martina McBride. This video not only bring tears to my eyes but also to my daughters as well. My 6-year old daughter even asked me after watching this to promise not to drink wine.

Well, I said that I occasionally drink but I don't get drunk and the mother must have some personal issues and problems that she cannot control, this must be why she is violent and abuse her daughter or she could be a victim of abuse as well. We were both touched by the plight of this abused child on the video and more sad to think that her mother was the one who caused all her pain. The song is a powerful balled that centers around a main theme of child abuse. It tells a story about a little girl named Angela who was trying to deal with abuse from her alcoholic mother.

There were some signs noticed by the teacher but she just ignore it and the little girl keeps to herself. The little girl is killed when her mother beats her to death in a drunken rage.In the end the song said that there is an angel girl at her tombstone with this inscription: 'a broken heart that the world forgot'.

Saw this video when I was younger and haven't forgotten since. Scared the daylights out of me when I was little.

Aaron Hall's I miss you....so sad.. youtube.com/watch?v=MkEATnHMYIs.

I would have to go with November Rain by gun n roses as being the saddest video..

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
