As a matter of fact yes. Well, in a way. It has been scientifically proven that by doing specific exercises on stretching it will help you improve your posture, and, in fact help you with growth.
While it does not stretch you out, the exercises do in fact help your body grow in the right way. Meaning that if your body grows and stretches the way it is suppose to, you will be taller then the people who do not perform the exercises. Google the websites on exercises to help you with.
You will not see a 4 feet difference with growth, but, you will see results. I forgot to mention, there is nothing in this world that will make your bones longer. Your bones are the way they are.
Best bet is drink a lot of milk and do the exercises to help them grow better. As well as a lot of calcium. Having them grow better means that the chances of them performing better and forming better helps.

If so, what stretches? If not, what can make me grow taller?
