Stop worrying. Your doctor cannot make you do anything. No one can.
I'm assuming you are an adult. The doctor scribbles stuff down on the chart and that's it. No one follows up to see if you did anything about it.
And I'll tell you another thing -- most of the time doctors don't know what they are prescribing they just prescribe pills and don't know what the side effects are. My point being, you tell a doctor something and they react. It's up to you to follow through.
Second, I have no idea what you told your doctor but that's the latest fad these days to tell people they are bipolar. I personally feel it's a bunch of crap. We all go through stuff.
It's called life. You deal with it. You don't go see a psychiatrist about it unless you are planning to kill yourself or hurt someone.
Whatever she wrote down is confidential. They don't share that information with the world. So don't worry.
NO NO NO! Don't worry! There are way worse things... While it is expensive to deal with psychiatric issues... It is also sometimes necessary.
I have GAD, general depression, and major depressive episodes. Thus, opening up was hard. However, if there is something going on, talking to someone, and getting the help you need is 100% crucial.
I know it is hard, and scary... but don't worry. Things will be fine! Worst case scenario, you spend some money to check out OK.
If not, than they may be able to help you with any issues that are going on... I was TERRIFIED of starting therapy... but now I know that I needed it. Either way, good luck... It's hard, but I promise, either way... you aren't doomed for life. Things will go on!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
