What would Cause continuous pain in right arm from the shoulder to fingers making it feel heavy?

Don't waste any time, it is rare, but it may be a heart attack. I just had one and even though my left arm hurt it doesn't mean your right one can't. Depends on the blockage.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
