When do I need to complete the Personal Wellness Profile to be eligible for a tier 1 incentive?

Employees wishing to qualify for a tier 1 incentive need to complete a Personal Wellness Profile by October 31st. Employees beginning their employment with Washburn after September each fiscal year will receive information regarding the Employee Wellness Program following their official start date.
