When will every cardholder in the UK have all their chip and PIN credit or debit cards?

Nearly everyone in the UK now has a chip and PIN card. The exact date is not known as card issuers are upgrading their customers at different speeds.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
