It's a matter of propinquity Clearly U of M. But only because of geography. Many law students clerk at local law firms.

The firms often use these clerkships at tryouts for new lawyers. Because Miami is a hub of Latin American law practice, you can be introduced to potential employers while in school.

I would have to say the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida. The reason is that they have a Law & POlicy in the Americas Program, including the Center for latin Americas Studies. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
