Which one is important %u201CImporting Brain or Isolating Brain%u201D?

I am not exactly sure what %201C and %201D stands for, so I will answer your question based on your comment on my hub. We are living in an ever more global environment and, for better or for worse, our world will be interconnected more than ever before and hopefully we will all benefit from it. In terms of education this should not mean that certain countries are the exclusive “producers” of physicians while others are the exclusive “producers” of mathematicians or internet experts.

Every country should aim at educating their own students at the highest possible level and prepare them for the complexity that our future will require. Getting dependent on importing brains and neglecting the education of our own children is a dangerous move and a big risk (please find the link posted by me and read My Esoteric hub abouthubpages.com/hub/K-12-Education-Is-a-Nation I could not agree more. Cooperation between nations can only be successful if it starts from a position of equality rather than dependency.

I have no answer. The %u201 is what happens when you try to use quote marks. They aren't user friendly to the program that makes these posts... so avoid using quote marks in questions.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
