Who is your favorite Star Trek character?

Captain Jean Luc Picard of the U.S.S. Enterprise! Bald, sexy, and that accent... yum! Check out Jean Luc sporting the Blue Steele!

It has to be Captain Jean-Luc Picard of course. He's an awesome captain, and doesn't need a lengthy explanation of how great he his to anyone who's ever seen Star Trek.

Since you didn't say which Star Trek I'm going to assume you meant any of them. My favorite is Seven of Nine from Star Trek Voyager. I always enjoyed her and the way she fought to overcome her being a Borg.

Aw man, KIRK! All day, it's Captain Kirk! (Admiral Kirk?) He's the very definition of suave, resourcefulness, and coolness.

AND he's the greatest Captian (Admiral? ) Starfleet ever had! If only I were half as cool as Kirk...

My absolute favorite Star Trek character is the half Betazoid Deanna Troi. I liked her immediately when she first showed up with the Next Generation crew as a counselor, but I have learned to admire her work over the years. I have always loved the empathic ways that she can fix problems with the gift she has.

Through all the years of working hard as a massage and physical therapist, I have honed my skills of reading people through touch. With the tips of my fingers I feel if someone has not told me the truth. I can sometimes feel things such as grief that has been lodged in their body, or feel an emotion that is physically wrapped around a new or old injury. It's a strange feeling if you're not used to it, and boy does it wear you out if you're not prepared to deal with it.

To deal with emotions more directly as she does, must be draining to say the least. She has had her moments, but what I like about her is that everything is an 'experience'. She reminds us that we can't just go through the motions of life... we have to live it.

Spock He is very intelligent and logical. He was so stoic in times of crisis and he showed no emotions. At other times he seems so sensitive and sensuous.

He is one of the most loved characters on Star Trek. npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyI....

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
