I have heard stuff about the Bank for the last six years.

They pretty much were responsible for the current economic crisis. It put a great deal of money into the hands of a few. A new Gilded Age as the Republicans like to say.

Where's Teddy Roosevelt when you need him. Rhine44 12 months ago .

At this point I'd welcome FDR but this bunch would have him shot.

No idea, actually. Nobody ever gets prosecuted as a result of these leaks. Nobody is going to start ripping through banks just as they're finally starting to stabilize and the economy turn around.

There will be a lot of sound and fury, a lot of calls for heads to roll, followed by zero prosecutions and more deregulation.

Most financial institutions are notoriously bad on paperwork. I was a mobile notary public where I went out and witnessed people refinancing and more than once I've had to fix paperwork errors that even I noticed and I'm not even a loan processor. It's been said that if you have the few hundred to a few thousand to hire a Regulation Z expert they can find errors in your favor that either entitle you to get refunds or have your loan cancelled with you keeping the property, and that the number of loans with Reg.

Z problems is probably about 100%. And this is just one tiny piece of the mess, and may not even have anything to do with the leaks.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
