Why are wet/dry or trickle filters considered to be "nitrate factories" by advanced aquarists?

Not a great idea to use fresh water filtration for your marine aquarium. They are all marine aquarium nightmares. A skimmer should be present at all times since you high senility water will produce oils and proteins that will not filter out properly through your freshwater filter circulating system.

Not to be a hypocrite I have designed several holding tanks that were never in any necessity of a skimmer. But thats another article. My secret is religious water changes.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
