I found the Scots to be very hospitible, usually asking someone in a Pub do they have a spare room I could crash in.

Most Scots will help you out for a drink or two. At some places I have had a good breakfast as well. Always leave a good tip on the dresser before leaving, you never know that you might need to back there one Day.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
