Why do American cops suck at solving murders?

There were 543 homicides in Canada in 2012 or 1.56 per 100,000 citizens in Comparison in the US there were 12,765 with roughly 10 times the population of canada that yields a murder rate in the US 2.35 times that of Canada with a lower rate of Violent Crime there would be more resources availoable to solve more murders in comparison.

Because the Canadian police have to deal with around 35 million citizens primarily concentrated in the southern part of the country. Where US police have to deal with around 314 million people spread across the country.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
