Why does the selection of streaming movies suck so bad on Netflix and other services?

It's a way of maintaining or increasing their profit margins. If they can get you to watch an unpopular movie for at a cost of a few pennies for them, then they've made more money than to stream a highly popular new release that would cost them many times more. It's economics.

Now if they were to lose their customer base, they might change their business model. They're not all bad. Some of the best foreign language movies I saw last year were on Netflix streaming video.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
