Why don't women have any rights in western countries?

One thing women don't have is equal pay. I can tell you that for a fact because I do the same job as a man that I work with and make 5 grand less a year. The real kicker is I went to a better college than he did and I had one more year experience.

He's a man so he makes more. I know I am not the only one.

Maria - Salaries changes are not a result of you being female, there are other factors your tiny brain is too small to consider, you one-sided hairy vagina. Last year I was doing bookkeeping and payroll for employees, I would know. In fact, I can tell you it's possible many employees may get paid differently for the same position (Both MEN vs MEN or MEN vs WOMAN ETC).

It depends on an assortment of things exclusive from your hairy vagina, such as an overall salary adjustment for positions from the firm, urgent demand to fill a position, etc. A summer way back in high school where I worked at Wal-Mart, I remember making fun of other GUYS for getting paid less than me doing the same thing, they worked there for 1-2 years before me and got paid $7.00/hr, THEY DID NOT GET A SALARY ADJUSTMENT, all employees in the current year were getting $8.50/hr. That's why individual salaries are always kept confidential. It depends on the firm's direction and motives.

Do they b*tch about how they get 20% less than me? No. Only you blind one sided egotistical fool.

Ender - there are a ton of women entrepreneurs nowadays that are CEO's of private firms (they start their own business), possibly more than men. Your blind-sided mind that only look at long-term and established large corporations is beyond stupid. Everyone has opportunity if they work for it.

And not everyone wants to be the next president or CEO, do you give a sh*t to understand what jobs women are interested in? Maybe ALOT OF women are interested in getting millions to be in the fashion industry, celebrity, news reporter or whatnot, and don't have political aspirations. How do you know that THOSE THAT DO HAVE POLITICAL ASPIRATIONS don't succeed?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
