Soft water doesn't dissolve soap as well as hard -- the slipperiness is from semi-dissolved soap on your skin Hard water is just soft water with calcium and other minerals in it. The mineral ionizes in water and reacts with the chemicals in soap to create things like calcium stearate, which doesn’t dissolve as well in water as does the original soap (e.g. Sodium stearate) and forms soap scum (more mineral-laden soap). So, hard water makes soap lather less and less soapy.

Soft water isn’t mineral-free; it just tends to have mostly dissolved sodium instead of higher level proton donors like calcium and manganese. It can taste a bit salty. Unfortunately, the high sodium water doesn’t dissolve well with the sodium stearate in the soap, so the soap tends to be hard to wash away, and your skin stays slippery feeling because it has a hard-to-dissolve soap coating on it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
