Why should I have good posture while sitting or standing?

Maintaining good posture is especially important when you are going to be in the same position for a long period of time. While frequent changes of position allow the downward force of your body weight to be shifted, stationary positions cause the downward force of your body weight to remain constantly focused in one direction. This results in a buildup of weight-bearing stress and strain on the affected tissues.

Maintaining the three spinal curves (a slight forward curve in your neck, a larger backward curve to the middle of your spine, and a second forward curve in the lower back) helps the body automatically and efficiently transfer the weight-bearing loads, thereby relieving much of the mechanical strain on the muscles, joints, and discs.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
