Why should teens eat butter instead of margarine?

When people want to eat butter but are trying to limit their fat intake, they often switch to margarine. This is not a good choice because margarine contains hydrogenated fats, the kind that will stick to the lining of your various tubes, especially those in and around your heart, which can lead to artery clogs and heart attacks later in life. The best plan with butter is just to go for the real stuff and eat it sparingly; don't switch over to a completely artificial substitute that may hurt you more than the few extra fat calories in butter.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
