Why won't my Panasonic Blu Ray Player play "The Expendables" Blu Ray?

Have seen the same question for blu-ray The day the earth stood still. My problem is that my old bd35 plays the disc fine but the my new bd310 flagship model does not! Have contacted Panasonic they said put a memory card in so have tried severa and no change.
