Winter PE activities for homeschool students?

Ice skating is a good one. Running around and having snowball fights should be popular! See if there are any homeschool groups in your area that organise group activities for the homeschooled kids.

One of the things we do is dance! We love to turn up the music and move. Of course, we also love the snow and spend time sledding and making snow angels.

Once a week, I may actually put in an aerobic exercise video just to make sure they stay active. Above all, HAVE FUN!

Idaho has lovely cold weather winters, complete with snow, ice, and inversions. This type of weather equals cold, miserable, windy, wet and muddy outdoor play. Our family always sinks into a sort of hibernation mode and it is harder to get the kids out to play and be active.

To keep us motivated and away from the TV, I try to look for opportunities for us to get out and be active.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
