That is not very likely. In order to be allowed to live and study, then later work in Canada, your friend in Georgia would need to qualify to immigrate into Canada. As your friend is not a family relation of yours, they cannot enter under any family reunification sponsorship.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
