Your question...Is Dragonball: Evolution a bad movie to laugh at? Because I heard its so bad, its funny. I wanna watch a bad flick?

To be honest it is not a bad movie. Many people don't understand that this movie was in the make for over 6 years. It was very hard for the script writers to write something that the cretor of dragonball approved of.

The fact that people expected it to be exactly lik the manga and anime is sad since to do such a thing would cost millions of dollars, and not be even remotely possible.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
