I've got that too - one handle. You need to turn it to the halfway mark and what's to the left is Hot and to the right is Cold.

Inside the shower mechanism there is a small brass fitting called a cartridge. That cartridge has small holes that let in amounts of hot and cold water than you would mix to your needs. If it is no longer mixing properly, it can be the cartridge that has worn out (not likely) or possibly one or more of the small rubber gaskets that sit between the knob and the cartridge.

You can replace the rubber gaskets for about 25 cents each. You can replace the entire assembly for around $75.00. Or you can have a plumber do it for $250.

Turn it up ONE notch and check it out. Two notches if that's not enough. No more than that, call a tech.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
