Try reading a really really boring book. It could make you sleepy =).
Relax, take a deep breath, and unplug all and any electronic devices that may get in your way distracting you from resting.
Read a little, drink some warm milk or sleepy time tea and turn the thinker off. Breathe again. (But don't count sheep...Math is a real killer for bedtime!).
And hopefully it's not too serious. I pray you can catch 20+ hours of sleep as I have trouble sleeping as well! All the best, taganisted!
Other than that I have no idea and Tylenol PM and sleeping pills are overrated and in the long run cause more problems....
Unfortunatly I can't turn off the baby moniter, or sleep for that long - although I wish I could! Will try milk and breathing though, thank you :).
Imma trying Melatonin....... set my clock straight...again. I Don't do sleeping pills...can't do the popular one/s. Tried most the health ones, nadda.
I need to workout more. Used to work physically more and then stopped so that is the bummer, I would say.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
