Possibly, play games, sing songs , crafts. If it's out of country you might have to preform little medical proseadures like cleaning ear wax, checking for cavities ,cleaning small wounds and scratches.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
