Are people in motorized wheelchairs pedestrians?

Most motorized wheelchairs will weigh significantly more than 40 pounds, just the electric motor and batteries will weigh more than that. And finding one that breaks down into separate pieces easily is going to being asking a lot since there will plenty of mechanical bits and wiring to contend with.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
