Hahaha! It's funny how one letter can change the whole meaning of a question! It is not legal for her to get fired for not working her co-workers 'shift'.
If she works her scheduled times, she is not required to work when someone else doesn't show up. She needs to take this matter up with someone who can help her. OK!
Got me! You can tell I am new here! I didn't realize the type of questions you ask or see your avatar!
Nice play on words!
Depends on the terms of employment. If this was in her job description, or mentioned in her contract, then the boss has every right to fire her. There needs to be more details.
If the situation was never addressed verbally or in writing at the time of her being hired then no, it is not legal grounds for her to be fired. Unfortunate situation.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
