You can apply, but most likely you will be denied benefits. The reason is that your employer can dispute your application for benefits, and if they can allege (and subsequently prove) that you were terminated "for cause", you will not be eligible for benefits.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
