A diet high in soy products may be the answer for chronic pain sufferers in the not-to-distant future. Some researchers from Johns Hopkins have found that rats on a soy-based diet experienced “significantly less” swelling and were able to tolerate more pain than the test group given a milk protein. In the study, rats that were fed soymilk were better able to withstand heat that was applied to their paw and had less swelling than rats fed milk.
Of course, human studies must follow for scientists to think this is a pain “cure,” but I believe that this is very promising as we search for pain relief using natural therapies.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
