Can you get a migraine from not having enough calories in a day?

I certainly believe so, mdwife. I have found that fasting or not eating on a regular schedule is a MAJOR trigger for me. And, that discovery has been corroborated by research.

Here is a paper that lists "not eating" as the 3rd most frequently-reported trigger, behind stress and "hormones in women". (I would suggest that that hormones might actually be a hidden trigger for men, too. ) cep.sagepub.com/cgi/content/full/27/5/394.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
