I usually replace the oil, as its vegetable based and inexpensive. I think the quality of the taste comes through with fresher oil, especially if I make fried poultry or frybread.
If you are going to use it in a few days, it is fine to keep. If you have any crumbs in it though, you might want to strain it. If it is going to be awhile before you use it, put it in the refrigerator.
The ideal is to put in a glass container after use, and if you want to use more at once, just put it in the pan again, always do so.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
