Most antibiotics can be taken concurrently with antacids, with the exception of two classes of drugs. Fluoroquinolones (Cipro, Levaquin, Avelox) and tetracyclines (Sumycin, Doxycycline, Vibramycin, Minocin) can bind with antacids and be less well absorbed , up to 50% in some cases. The best advice when taking these antibiotics is to avoid calcium or iron containing meds OR FOOD (milk, cheese, yogurt, vitamins with iron) and take the antibiotic at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after the food/antacid to allow adequate absorption.
While you are taking antibiotics and your body is going through the process of killing bacteria, the drinking of wine is very harmful and it may badly damage your health, may stop working of antibiotics and may affect your liver, stomach and other internal body parts. It may also weaken and disturb your digestive system and also the respiratory system. So please avoid wine or any drug while taking antibiotics.
