Pepto-bismol isn't the best thing for diarrhoea so if you can get to a shop you should get some immodium. Drink plenty of water. The tums/pepto-bismol combo will be safe enough but may not sort your diarrhoea out.

Yes tums is just calcium, and is good for you pepto should help the diarrhea.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
